Dear COPE member,
This is a call for cases to be presented at the next COPE Forum meeting on Wednesday 2 September, 3pm to 5pm.
The meeting will take place at Woburn House, Tavistock Sq, London (http://www.woburnhouse.co.uk/contact.aspx).
If you wish to submit a case, please do so via the website (go to Cases - Submit a case). You must be logged in as a member to do this. Cases must be anonymised. The deadline for case submission is Wednesday 19th August. No case will be accepted after this date. We do like those presenting a case to be at the meeting, either in person or by telephone.
All COPE members are welcome to attend the meeting, whether or not they are presenting a case.
