The Program of Health Law/Oswaldo Cruz Foundation is the publisher. The journal accepts manuscripts in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The Iberoamerican Journal of Health Law addresses issues concerning the development and enforcement of health law, from normative elaboration at the national and international levels to implementation by governmental bodies and international organisations.It is intended for law professors, researchers, and students, as well as lawyers, health professionals, and managers of health systems and services.There are no fees for submission or publication.
