COPE Council members participated in several discussions at the Council of Science Editors (CSE) annual meeting in New Orleans, LA. Heather Tierney was a panelist in the ethics clinc surrounding preprints, Dan Kulp discussed data manipulation and related COPE resources, and Deborah Poff gave two separate talks on international authorship, and citation manipulation.
