Society for Scholarly Publishing annual meeting

Deborah Poff, COPE Chair, and Rachel Safer, COPE Council are speaking at this sponsored session on: Rethinking equity, inclusion, and ethics in the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences to future-proof standards in research communication.

In 2019, COPE partnered with Routledge, Taylor & Francis, to explore the publication ethics issues editors were experiencing across these fields. This has resulted in the first ever in-depth study in this area.

Heather Tierney, is speaking on behalf of COPE as a panellist on the editorial policy ethics clinic at the CSE Annual Meeting. The ethics clinic discussion will be around retractions.

Deborah Kahn, COPE Council, will share our recent study into publication issues in the arts, humanities, and social sciences and COPE's work in these disciplines at this summit for editors and society partners of Taylor & Francis.
