Publications about plagiarism

A Spanish research group has compiled an interesting list of publications about plagiarism. You can find it at http://users.dsic.upv.es/~lbarron/plagiarism.html

... wonderful resource material, however I am looking for literature for plagiarism.

I am particularly interested as how many words if used consecutively from someone else work is called plagiarism.

Somewhere I read 4-5 words, if used consecutively without giving credits is considered plagiarism. Has anyone found such definition?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for enrolling EJHS as new member of COPE. I hope our young journal will gain a lot from the rich resource. Similar with my Nepali's colleague, I wish to learn more on plagiarism. Most of our young authors and reviewers could learn from it.
